19” FURUKAWA RACK design & produce under ANSI/EIA-310D – 1992 (Rev.EIA-310-C),2 IEC60297-1, IEC 60927-2, BS 5954 : Part2, DIN 41494 standard
• Modular knock down system for easily transport & assembly
• Produced from Electro-Galvanized Steel
• Front – Rear, Side cover material thickness 1.5mm.
• Mounting Angle Pole , Frame structure, Bottom Base material thickness 2.0mm. Support base for Caster material thickness 3.0mm Special design Mounting Angle Pole in C-shape for increasing strength for heavy equipment with square mounting hole size 7.0x7.0mm.
• Adjustable Mounting Pole position with U screen for easily installation.
• Front door panel attached with premium grade Acrylic thickness 5mm. Grey rubber also attached for each door to protect dust. The front door come with security Cam lock with master key system.
• Rear door panel designed for ventilating size 34x23cm. Come together with filter which easily for cleaning. Grey rubber also attached for each door in order to protecting from dust. The rear door come with security camlock with master key system.
• 3 Premium grade PVC Hinges for each door were attached with easily open and close. The frame structure also provided the common hole for any users for easily swap the direction when open-close the door by themselves.
• Side Panels come together with 2 Premium grade slide latches per panel and security cam lock with master key system
• Roof Cover also designed for installing up to 6 ventilating fan which compatible with 1x 4”, 2x4” , 3x4” fan set
• Bottom Base also designed for heavy load with soft slide shutter function for all cables. Soft slide shutter also come with the soft grey sponge to protect insect and small animals to enter the rack from bottom.
• Adjustable levelling feet for aligns on uneven surface also cover with ABS material in order to protect Electrostatic and ground reason.
• Caster is Nylon six and 360 degree swivel plate which can be easily moving. Each caster can pass static load of 100 kg./caster.
• Rack Color is New Shine Two-Tone (Light Grey-Dark Grey) which using Electro static Powder Coating system
• For Grounding system also installing 2 ground cable size 2.5mm (Yellow-green color) length 18cm.connect the frame with front and rear door.
For side panels also intall 4 ground cable (Yellow-green color) length 13cm.
• Screw sets consist of M6 screw, Captive nut, Plastic washer. Screw and captive nut is Nickel plating.
• 19” FURUKAWA RACK are manufactured under ISO9001 : 2008 and ISO 14001 system.
