Specification :
• 19” FURUKAWA WALL RACK design & produce under ANSI/EIA-310D – 1992 (Rev.EIA-310-C),
IEC60297-1, IEC 60927-2, BS 5954 : Part2, DIN 41494 standard
• WALL RACK consists of 3 parts (Front door, Center Part and Hinged Base Box), center
part can be opened and locked with Base box by hinged.
• Produced from Electro-Galvanized Steel thickness 1.2 mm., and Mounting Angle Pole
steel thickness 2.0mm.
• Mounting Angle Pole in L-shape with square mounting hole size 7.0x7.0mm.
Adjustable Mounting Pole position with U screen for easily installation.
• Front door panel attached with premium grade Acrylic thickness 5mm. Grey rubber also
attached for each door to protect dust. The front door come with security Cam lock with
master key system.
• Center part come with security lock with same master key as front door. There are special hinges at the bottom of this part. The
top of center part can install maximum 3 ventiventilating fan which compatible with 1x 4”, 2x4” , 3x4” fan set.
• There are ventilation holes along the side of center part.
• Hinged Base Box has bolt hole which made from 2 layer steel thickness 2.4mm. There are 10x10cm. square hole on the top
and the bottom for cabling.
• 3 Premium grade PVC Hinges for each door were attached with easily open and close. The frame structure also provided The
common hole for any users for easily swap the direction when open-close the door by themselves.
• Rack Color is New Shine Two-Tone (Light Grey-Dark Grey) which using Electro static Powder Coating system Screw
sets consist of M6 screw, Captive nut, Plastic washer. Screw and captive nut is Nickel plating.
• 19” FURUKAWA WALL RACK are manufactured under ISO9001 : 2008 and ISO 14001 system.
